Boy I don't like giving up OBJ. I feel like maybe the guy is trying to sell high on Forsett and buy low on OBJ. I would counter with Sanders for Forsett straight up, or Sanders and Gordon for Matthews and Forsett. I don't know that he'll do it, but I don't think Forsett is a good enough upgrade for you to give up OBJ, even though getting Matthews back is nice.
