I don't need to start Coleman or McKinnon. And wouldn't mind having an extra spot free for some bye week fill ins especially on defense (IDP league)
Here's my WR/RB stable for context:
WR: Julio Jones, Amari Cooper, Stefon Diggs, Will Fuller (i'm probably dropping Tajae Sharpe for a idp - they score on par with wr2-4 but with huge ceiling)
RB: Todd Gurley, Lamar Miller, Melvin Gordon, Jordon Howard, Dwayne Washington, Jerick McKinnon (also likely to drop Duke Johnson or Dwayne Washington to pick up IDP depth)
So this trade would leave me with 5 rbs and 5 wr.
In a vacuum, I don't like it. But I think since you're just stashing upside, I'm okay with this. I think Coleman when he comes back could be worth more in the long run, and with your stable of RBs I'm doubtful that you'll end up using McKinnon. Coleman might challenge at some point for you.
I think you could go either way, but with your RB depth, it definitely doesn't hurt you.
