I've got almost all my info, now it's time to take it and put it all together in the draft order. I've done a number of drafts over the years but feel like my pre-draft process can be more efficient. I have two questions.

1) Would you recommend not adjusting the pre-draft rankings order and just know your rankings well and when to take guys OR should I edit it to my rankings based on how valuable I believe guys will be and then just know that I can wait on the guys that I want to target. The second option seems to make more sense, but just wanting to clarify.

2) I'm using nfl.com for my league and just wondering how I should reflect ADP to know when I should target players. There's 3 different rankings: pre-draft order already pre-set on nlf.com, there's nfl.com ADPs on fantasypros.com, and then there's the average ADP's of all sites on fantasypros.com. My thinking is that I should use all 3 for reference and whichever has the earliest ADP for the players I want, that's what I should use.

It's a local league with a mixture of people don't know a whole lot vs. others who know a decent amount about fantasy if that's helpful to your answers.

If you feel like you know your stuff, I don't see a need to adjust your predraft rankings. I don't really do that for leagues where I don't draft live. I just kind of know who I would take before someone, else, etc. One thing I do try to do is maybe load up some guys you want to target. I tend to do that for guys lower in the rankings you can't always see on the big screen. Guys like maybe Moncrief and Rashad Jennings, guys who aren't ranked at the very top but guys I think are good value. I find that helps me to not forget about that. I prefer live drafts where there is no timer and things aren't rushed so in the heat of the draft my mind can often slip and I'll forget. So I don't change my ranks but will load up guys I like.

As for the other question, yeah, I would use the average of all three I think. Just seems to me like it would be the most accurate.

I find the problem with online drafts is with people who may not know what they're doing will just draft players from the main screen once they pop up there so that's also something to think about in terms of strategy. Hope this helps.
