Zach Ertz may be ready to go by then. I don't think I'd drop Allen, but it's not the end of the world if you're worried about week 1 and you want to swap out your backup tight end for Donnell. Theoretically, Ertz is going to be the guy you focus on anyway, and I doubt if you'll be counting on Allen to be your guy once the Eagle gets going.
