I think you can survive giving up the players you are to get Gronk, who now has his bye out of the way, too... It's close for me, I may try to see if he tweaks it a little to save yourself losing Fitz or Murray but overall I think it's fair and I think you're still OK at RB and WR.
I would take Gronk in this trade.
I feel its to much even for Gronk.
I would counter with J Brown in place of Fitz.
That's a a lot of good players for him...but I think he might be worth it. He has such a big advantage over the othe TE's that I'd do it. Obviously I'm no scout, so take it for what it's worth.
