I am in a slow draft auction ppr league and was wondering what everyone thinks I should do. Should I go for duke Johnson and aj green or like Jamal Charles and Landry or Marlin. My current rb is foster and 2 other wr is Antonio brown and Julio jones. The WR I get will go to the flex position.
While I think it's nice to have roster balance and get a solid RB, I think in a PPR league, I'd be prone to go after A.J. Green with my first pick and just be set at WR/Flex. Then I'd bargain hunt the Duke Johnsons of the world after the fact. Talent trumps need in my book. That's not a knock on Landry or Maclin, both of whom I like, but I think the risks associated with Charles and how awesome A.J. Green is would make me go that route.
