12 Team PPR League, 6 teams make the playoffs Weeks 13-15

I am currently 6-5, and ranked #5 in the league. I think a win this week will keep me in the playoffs, but my RBs have not been good as of late. I lost LBell and how have Ivory and Woodhead as my starters and Theo Riddick and Bilal Powell (outscored Ivory 15-7 last week) on my bench. Very concerned about direction Ivory and Woodhead are going lately and want to grab an RB off the WW this week to help me in Week 12 (although both have what should be good matchups) and possibly in the playoffs if they continue to stumble.

So, a two part question: is it time to panic on Ivory and Woodhead and replace them with Powell and Riddick this critical week or hold? Second question has to do with grabbing someone for either long term or short term off the WW this week.

I should mention that while I am 6th on the WW, likely only one or two ahead of me ever use it to pick up players. So I will likely get the second best choice . . . so I think Allen might be gone already.

Top picks on our thin WW are: Buck Allen, Grimes, Vereen (dropped him once), Ware , Ayai, and Draughn. Draughn's no help this week, but could be good in the playoffs, while Allen looks good for Week 12, but not so good for playoffs. Ware might not get a full start after this week and Grimes does have the porous Saints D/ST.

I'm leaning toward starting Powell against the Fins and grabbing Grimes against the Saints and maybe Daughn in the second round as insurance.

Suggestions?

Obviously, Allen is the prize this week if you can do it. I would continue to start Ivory against the Fins, who have been horrible on defense, and don't have a legitimate starting NFL linebacker on their roster, which makes them really bad against the run.

Check John's rankings in the morning, but assuming you can't get Allen on waivers, I think Woodhead is still going to be your best bet as your RB2 out of your available options. I think Ajayi's value will be limited as long as Miller is around. Draughn is an interesting add, but hard to get too excited about it. Grimes isn't a bad risk because of the matchup, but he was only on the field for 27% of the team's snaps last week, which makes me a little bit nervous.

Thanks Brandon. One more week for Ivory, but then that's it! I think I might go WR and grab Funchess instead.
