Hi Prince, I think it affects it, but not tremendously. Tom Brady had a low percentage last year, but that was largely due to some growing pains with a young receiving corps. I think the guys it mostly affects are the second-tier players. Joe Flacco drops a couple spots, as does Ryan Tannehill. The main difference I see is that Matt Ryan would probably move up the board a bit ahead of guys like Cam Newton and RG3, who haven't really been known for accuracy yet. Additionally, Philip Rivers probably gets a little boost too.
