We have a 12 teams and 1-7 is gone. Which is better? 8,9,10,11, or 12th pick for the draft?

Rosa,

Congrats on your success. That's great to hear! Standard or PPR doesn't matter much I don't think. Since I like to target RBs early, I may be willing to just take 8th to get a better shot at one. But like I said, if you aren't really targeting anyone you can take what you feel comfortable with. Obviously 12th gives you back to back picks, but some don't like the long wait after that, and 8th gives you a little less of a wait. If it's me, I probably just take 8th, gives you a chance at Lacy if he falls or you should have more options to pick the WR you want rather than just letting the rest of the league decide for you. I know that's kind of vague, but it really depends on your strategy the direction you want to go early.

Brian,
Bryant and Green have been gone in a lot of my mocks by pick 1.10, but in a recent one, Marshall and Jones went at 1.12 and 2.1, so it is possible to do that if you're looking at WR. But if you have a specific target in mind, may want to go a little higher.

Rosalina Serai,

I'd say it depends on what you're targeting with your first pick. If you want a chance at a RB like Forte or Lacy, go with 8. But if it doesn't matter and you're open to anything - RB, WR, Graham, than I'd pick closer to the turn. I don't know that I'd necessarily want 12, but if you're looking at WR I think something would be there in the 8, 9, 10 range that keeps you close to having another pick quickly.

Thanks for the help guys! I wanted to clarify that I am in a standard league. Does that make a difference? They are waiting for my decision. I am the only girl in the league but have already won 1st and 2nd place with 4for4's help.

I like 12th pick. You can get 2 of the top 5 if not top 10 receivers. Like Bryant, Marshall, Jones, AJ Green and can come back and pick up Vereen and Tate, or Trent Richardson, then come back for a TE or QB after that you can reach for Breakout players.
