The rankings have me starting Jay Cutler and Colin Kaepernick, which means I bench Aaron Rodgers?? Please talk some sense into me.
We generally follow the rankings, but there's also something to be said for starting your studs. I won't ever bench Rodgers, just because I don't generally bench the guys that are supposed to carry my team. Call me old fashioned.
So do you agree with wellman that I should bench Cutler? He and Kaepernick are so, so close.
I understand the rankings, but I would play Rodgers and bench Cutler. The Pack is going to have to throw the ball in this game. Cutler has a nice matchup, but not to the point that I would bench Rodgers for him. In a singel QB league, it might make more sense to me to consider Cutler. In a 2 QB league, I like to treat one of the spots like a flex, which means, I am looking for the most upside.
Kaepernick against Dallas is a no brainer. Consider him your starter. How can you go wrong with Aaron frackin Rodgers at flex?!
