PPR league (.1 pt per reception) QB, WR, WR, RB, RB, TE, W/R/T, W/R/T, K, DEF, BN, BN, BN, BN, BN, BN

Being PPR, I think I should favor WR over RB, so I currently have Full Impact setup as
1 - QB
2.67 RB
2.67 WR
1.67 TE
1 K

Should I change those decimals for this PPR?

I'd drop TE to 1. I think you're giving too much to the TE position. I would make RB2.75 and WR 3.25. That'll give you the WR boost you're looking for.
