I never carry two defenses or kickers, so I'd probably drop Crosby and Browns for Decker and Moreno or Johnson if you'd rather.
I don't think I'd do anything right now. If you're league is PPR, I would actually consider Welker, taking a chance he stays healthy. I'm not sure who I'd drop for him though so that's why I'd just stand pat for now. You seem to have a pretty balanced team.
