I drafted Jeremy Hill to keep behind Gio Bernard as someone who could be productive and also as an upside handcuff to Gio, but not I have 3 RBs on bye in week 4 and not enough replacements.
I was thinking of offering Golden Tate and Jeremy Hill for Brandin Cooks and Pierre Thomas. None of the guys in the deal would be starters except for injuries and by weeks...
Thoughts?
I'd probably rather hang on to Hill than grab Ingram. We've seen two Bengals backs be productive. Ingram looks like he's in store for more work, but who really knows in NO?
I'm a little nervous about Pierre listed as the Saints RB3 and Ingram getting a ton of positive press lately. We have Thomas ranked the highest heading into Week 1 but for me it's a situation I'm uneasy about. I like Cooks though.
In these kind of situations, we try to tell people not to worry about Week 4 right now. So I think in the end I'd let things play out a little, and maybe you can get a back off the wire to help you while not losing Hill, who I think is a valuable handcuff for you.
What about dropping Hill for Ingram, who is available... ? I wanted to do this, but just couldn't pull the trigger...
