I was offered M.Lynch and Demaryius Thomas for my M.Forte and R.Cobb?
I kind of like it but not sure i trust Lynch this year.

Ultimately, I think I do that trade. It's hard to give up Forte, but Lynch could very well be nearly as good, and like cacman said, you have depth in case it doesn't pan out. I think the difference between Thomas and Cobb is much bigger than the difference between Forte and Lynch, and in a 3WR league, I think it's a good deal for you.
PPR? Even if it's not I'd do it...totally upgrades your WR's, and since your league starts 3 that's huge. Lynch and Ball are solid RB's...and you have great depth behind them (if you're worried about Lynch holding up).
