In a dynasty league, I'd go ahead and pick up Turbin and Smith. I think Hartline is fine too, but neither guy has a ton of upside. They're just players you can put in when you need too.
Another though, why not grab Turbin and Carey with all the depth you already have on your squad? Those guys both could be very productive if the guy in front goes down.
With your already stellar squad, I wouldn't bid much more than the minimum on any of those guys. Jackson and Smith are the best players, so I'd let other people bid higher on them, and pick up the upside young guys to stash away.
