I am in a 10 team PPR league (2QB, 2RB, 2WR,1Flex) and have the third pick. It depends on who goes at 1 and 2, but I'm looking at Bell, Peterson, Luck, Rodgers or Antonio Brown. Do I go QB that early if Luck or Rodgers are available and potentially force a run or do I go with one of the RB's or Brown because of his PPR value?

I think you can't go wrong here, which I know sounds like a bit of a cop out as an answer, but it's true. A 2QB league puts enough emphasis on getting an elite guy, that Luck gains a ton of value. However, I think I would still take Bell or Brown in that situation. I like Bell personally, but Brown is probably safer if you want to go that route. I think that there is still excellent QB value and depth later in the draft, even in 2QB leagues. I would gobble up top backs and WR's while others reach on QB's, then snatch Eli or Palmer later.
