Sorry I read that wrong... Probably Sanders, despite the flu rumors. He's been more reliable this season, though Heron is probably the safest option if you think Sanders is too risky
I like Freddie in the first league, and I'd put Tate in at the flex spot over Herron in the other league against a horrible Chicago defense. Otherwise, I agree with all your picks.
Brandon, who would you put in the 2nd flex spot in the first league? Sanders or Mason?
