Your rankings have Romo highest amongst my options, but he may not play - and even if he does he would be at less than 100%.
Would I be better off using Carson Palmer?
I have no issues going with Palmer. A lot of projections don't have him doing much but I tend to agree with your breakdown about Romo. Even if he plays he's got to be sore or not 100%. I like the Cards offense and how they throw to Ellington so I think Palmer does just fine - but maybe that's why I don't do rankings too...
