I might go with Cam then. Even if he gets you only 20 on the ground that would equal Stafford getting 50 through the air, and since TDs are only worth 2...
If your league rewards rushing yardage extra amounts, then I'd go with Newton. If it's similar, then I'd go with Stafford, because he's likely to put up yards against Atlanta.
