I have four middle-tier running backs on my roster: Joquie Bell, Ronnie Hillman, Branden Oliver, and Jerrick McKinnon. Different prognosticators from around the internet seem to have them in every possible order, especially with soft matchups for Bell and McKinnon. I'm leaning away from Oliver, in case the game is a blowout and he doesn't get as much action as he normally would (not that the Chargers are a bad team, obviously, or incapable of beating Denver).
My receivers and flex are Demaryius Thomas, Randall Cobb and Golden Tate, so I'm just looking for two RBs to start this week. Thoughts?
I think McKinnon has a nice matchup, but Minny still scares me because I just don't really know what they're up to.
Oliver stays active in the passing game, even if it's a blowout, and Bell has a great matchup and seems to be healthy. I'd go with those two. I like Hillman, but I'm not convinced yet and I think the other guys give you a nice blend up safety and upside.
