Now that Orton is named the starter, do you think we could see a revival of Mike Williams? Stay with me here for a second. We've seen this kinda thing happen before. You know, where the backup qb gets the starter job, but has spent the entire year up until then playing with the second team. And in doing so, has a lot of chemistry with the backup WRs and the next thing you know, Jarius Wright leads his team in targets, receptions, and yards. And it's not like Mike Williams is devoid of talent. He's been plenty relevant before. Is he worth a speculation add or is this just a tall tale?

No, I don't think it's a bad conclusion at all and I've read similar stuff, and of course witnessed it. I think sometimes backups come in and realize 'hey, why not throw the ball to our best guys.' I think they want Orton to be more than a game manager and hand the ball off. I think they need someone to get it to those WRs to open up the run a little more. Manuel seemed like no threat to throw the ball and teams can key on that. I'm not sure Williams turns into a WR2, but may be a guy you can flex in bye weeks. I haven't noticed him getting picked up in any of my leagues but if you wait for that you miss out in the end anyway...
