Would you drop Ingram to pick up Crowell in a standard league? My other RB's are Ball, Hyde, McKinnon and J. Hill.

I think you can get by with Ball and McKinnon for a couple of weeks until Ingram gets back. I might consider dropping Hyde or Hill (in that order) for Crowell, but I'd hang on to Ingram.
