This is a 14 team PPR dynasty. I am in win now mode, and the other owner is in rebuild mode.
I gave up a 1st and 4th round pick next year for J. Reed and E. Royal.
I hate giving up 1st round picks in dynasty, but I believe Reed is worth it if he is healthy for most of the rest of the season. Reed will be a flex and BYE week filler for J. Graham. I do have another first rounder next year, from another trade. Royal will start for me at WR3 (at least until M. Jones is healthy), because I have been a bit depleted by injuries to my WRs.

Since you have another first round pick, I'm not opposed to this trade, especially since you're self identified in "win now" mode. I like Royal at least for the short term.
Reed is the prize if he can get healthy. You're taking a big risk there, but he has the potential to be very good.
Unless you can get a better upgrade at another position with that first round pick, then I'm okay with this trade. I'll cross my fingers for Jordan Reed to get healthy.
