I get Vernon Davis for Fred Jackson. My TE is Rudolph and I will probably end up with Owen Daniels with my number 2 waiver. My other RB are Lacy, Bradshaw, Foster, Blue, Gerhart.
I may also have another offer: Gronkowski for Lacy (maybe I counter with Foster?)

I still wouldn't give up Lacy but I like the Davis for Jackson deal. You're pretty well off at RB that Jackson isn't that huge of a loss. I'm not sure I'd even do it for Foster with Gronk. Davis for Jackson seems like your best value.
