I would definitely swap RG3 for Wes Welker. I think it's risky to think RG3 comes back healthy and as a permanent starter with how well Cousins is playing.
I wouldn't panic too badly. I like Ellington and Ball to keep improving, and I think Patterson and the Vikings offense will improve as the season progresses. I think that in the mean time, Welker should be a viable option in your lineup.
