I'd go with Allen and West. I think West is a great option and easily the best player to put in the flex spot. I think Allen should do better this week now that he's not facing Richard Sherman or Patrick Peterson.
I go with West and Asiata for the guaranteed touches. If you want a WR in flex, because of the PPR, then I would probably go West and Allen. Allen has a not ideal matchup though.
