I think there are a few reasons to lean toward Patterson: with AP out he's their best playmaker. And with Welker coming back it could cut into Sanders work. I'd at least wait and see how they use Sanders with Welker back this week. It's a tough matchup but I think we'll learn something (hopefully). It seems like they have some set plays for Sanders to use his speed regardless so we may very well see the same production from him week to week with or without Welker. But for this week I may lean toward Patterson. I am also leaning way from Sanders who I have in a few leagues and leaning toward Cooks. Kind of the same difference...
