There was an uproar about a recent trade that was accepted in the league and was hoping for another POV.
1. Dez Bryant for C Patterson and T Brady. 10 team standard league that gets 1 pt/25 return yards. The Dez owner has RG3 and Locker. The other team is 2-0 and weekly high scorer. Is that trade as one sided as some are making it out to be in this format?

2. Newton/D Brown for K Robinson/zac stacy. Stacy side is a Kaep owner, Newton owner has Brees and owned AP. Which side wins the trade or even deal?

Thanks for weighing in.

I don't think either of the trades are that bad. When you trade a guy like Dez you need to get at least two pieces back you can play and he certainly did that. I'm probably a little higher on Brady than most, even with his slow start. But I know how it goes when a guy who is always successful pulls off a deal like that... It angers me I know!

I don't think the other deal is that bad either. I'm not convinced Brown is going to be a stud back the next 4-6 weeks or however long Mathews is out. If you own Brees and Newton, nothing wrong with getting something decent back for one of them. Newton likely fell in the draft so have to assume he made a value pick knowing he could trade him.

Newton may only be a slight upgrade (at this point) over Kaep so I probably like the Robinson/Stacy side better.
