I am playing the Manning owner this week. My wide outs are Demaryious Thomas and Dez Bryant. For my flex I am choosing between Wes Welker and Vincent Jackson. I feel like V Jax will have a nice game v ATL (check out last two games v ATL, both 100 yd plus TD). But would it make more sense to use Welker to "neutralize" Manning points? Thoughts?
Finally, I have been offered Keenan Allen for Welker. I like the trade, but part of my hesitation is that I might start Welker v Manning this week.

I don't always get caught up in playing guys to take out opponent guys. Manning could throw 3 TDs to J. Thomas again... I try to play the best guys whenever possible. I'm not saying this is a bad move, but I'd stick with the higher ranked guys. (This is just my philosophy obviously...)
As for Allen, I'm not a huge fan. I will say his matchups get considerably better starting this week for the foreseeable future though and with Welker, there is such a risk there now with concussions that I don't blame you for looking to deal him. Seems like a pretty good deal.
