For me the handcuff has to be the perfect situation. I think a lot of teams have too many fantasy question marks if their top back goes down. For years I had Westbrook and always had Buckhalter because I knew when Westy didn't play, Buck was getting all the work. I think those are kind of rare situations with all the roles for RBs now. But with your backs, I think Starks and Mason would be guys to target although Mason as a rookie may be a little risky. But esp. Starks. I'd monitor Mason's progress in camp but rumor is he could already take some work away from Stacy so he seems to be the RB2. I think others may feel different, but if possible I do like to get the handcuff if I know it's the right situation.
