Meh, I think they both have quite a bit of upside. Cousins looked great against the Jags, but how much does that really tell us? He wasn't consistent at the end of last season.

If RG3 comes back, it makes Cousins not as useful, whereas Tannehill probably won't be benched. I'd probably hold on to the Dolphin if he's just your backup, but if you're counting on a starter, and streaming, I might grab Cousins.
