After missing a pair of field goals in last Thursday’s win over the Falcons, the Saints have parted ways with Zach Hocker.
According to Nick Underhill of the New Orleans Advocate, the Saints are replacing Hocker with Kai Forbath.
Hocker was 9-of-13 on field goals in six games for the Saints, and missed an extra point.
Forbath was cut by Washington in part of declining distance on kickoffs. But he’s an 87 percent career kicker of field goals, and that’s what the Saints are hoping for. He'll have some fantasy value as long as the Saints continue to move the ball on offense.

Week 1 vs Miami
Kai Forbath is ranked 25th among our kickers this week. It's an average matchup as the Dolphins are 18th in allowing fantasy points to kickers. If the Skins can move the ball, Forbath could have some opportunities against this very good defense. However, he's too far down the list for owners not to have a better option at this point.
