NFL Preseason DFS Picks: Thursday, Aug. 17

Below is a breakdown of the top DFS picks in each of the three games of the Thursday Week 2 Preseason DFS slate.

Bills @ Eagles

QB Nathan Peterman has been promoted to the second team after going 13-25-112-1 passing and 4-26 rushing last week. The team website reported WR Anquan Boldin will play "a good amount in the first half" because he wants to "continue to nail down the timing in the passing game with Tyrod Taylor." WR Rod Streater was referred to as the team's "deep threat: by general manager Brandon Beane; WKBW blamed Streater's slow game last week on T.J. Yates, so Streater could get a long look. WR Zay Jones will start and figures to be busier than last week's 0-catch day.

RB Jonathan Williams, LeSean McCoy's handcuff, had a 4-49 rushing line last week and is the top play in the Bill's backfield.
