Redskins QB Robert Griffin III (head) took limited practice reps Wednesday. HC Mike Shanahan said the team won't know Griffin's status for Week 6 until after Friday's practice. He has been cleared for non-contact practice. For what it's worth, Griffin said he “felt fine” during limited reps on Wednesday.

Vikings QB Christian Ponder (knee) practiced fully Wednesday. Ponder emerged from Week 5 without re-injuring his knee. He is expected to play against the Redskins in Week 6.

Chiefs QB Matt Cassel (concussion) did not practice Wednesday. Cassel has yet to be medically cleared, and looks doubtful for Week 6.

Jets QB Mark Sanchez (back) practiced fully Wednesday. He's not a fantasy option even in a good matchup against the Colts.

Colts RB Donald Brown (knee) did not practice Wednesday. Brown had a scope on his knee to clean up some loose cartilage and will miss the next 2-3 weeks. Vick Ballard will start in Brown's place. He should be RB3/flex-worthy for the next three games. Delone Carter and Mewelde Moore will back him up. Moore (ankle) practiced fully Wednesday.

Texans RB Arian Foster (knee) took limited practice reps Wednesday. Foster is typically limited or skips practice early in the week. He should be fine for Week 6.

Vikings RB Adrian Peterson (ankle) did not practice Wednesday. Peterson is probably just getting a day of rest.

Giants RB Andre Brown (concussion) did not practice Wednesday. David Wilson will be the primary backup for Bradshaw against the 49ers. In Week 5, Wilson had two carries for 44 yards, including a 40-yard touchdown. Provided he can hold onto the ball, he should be in line for 5-10 touches this week.

Redskins RB Evan Royster (knee) practiced fully Wednesday. He should continue to play mostly on passing downs behind Alfred Morris.

Texans RB Ben Tate (toe) took limited practice reps Wednesday. Tate is expected to play on Sunday night, though he is no sure thing.

Dolphins RB Daniel Thomas (concussion) did not practice Wednesday. Thomas will likely be out a while. Lamar Miller will back up Reggie Bush, who today admitted to beat writer Armando Salguero that he's not 100 percent healthy.

Eagles RB Bryce Brown (shoulder) practiced fully Wednesday.

Jets RB John Conner (hamstring) did not practice Wednesday.

Chiefs RB Shaun Draughn (ankle) took limited practice reps Wednesday. Peyton Hillis (ankle) did not practice Wednesday. If neither Hillis nor Draughn can play, Cyrus Gray would be the primary backup to Jamaal Charles.

Texans RB Justin Forsett (thigh) practiced fully Wednesday.

Eagles RB Stanley Havili (quadricep) practiced fully Wednesday.

Rams RB Britt Miller (ankle) did not practice Wednesday.

Falcons RB Antone Smith (hamstring) did not practice Wednesday.

Giants WR Hakeem Nicks (foot, knee) did not practice Wednesday. Even though Nicks didn't practice, he was reportedly moving “very well” on the sidelines per beat writer Ralph Vacchiano. If he can't play, Domenik Hixon would likely get another start. Ramses Barden (concussion) practiced fully Wednesday. Barden would fall to #4 on the depth chart if Nicks returns.

Packers WR Greg Jennings (groin) did not practice Wednesday. Jennings is expected to rest until he is nearly 100%. We are assuming he is out until he starts to practice with regularity.

Texans WR Andre Johnson (groin) took limited practice reps Wednesday. This is Johnson's usual practice routine.

Cowboys WR Miles Austin (hamstring) practiced fully Wednesday. Austin should be fine for Week 6.

Vikings WR Jerome Simpson (lower back, foot) did not practice Wednesday. HC Leslie Frazier said that “all indications are” that Simpson will be able to play against the Redskins. He had a back injury that numbed and weakened his right leg, knocking him out of Week 5.

Bengals WR A.J. Green (knee) took limited practice reps Wednesday. Green is probably just getting a day of rest.

Dolphins WR Brian Hartline (quadricep) practiced fully Wednesday. He should be fine for Week 6 if he's practicing fully.

Jets WR Stephen Hill (hamstring) took limited practice reps Wednesday. Hill didn't practice last week, so this is an upgrade. The Jets really need him back to give a boost to the passing game.

Jets WR Jeremy Kerley (illness, finger) took limited practice reps Wednesday. He is the most dependable threat in the Jets' passing game right now, but that's not saying a lot.

Rams WR Danny Amendola (shoulder) did not practice Wednesday. He's going to be out for a while. Brandon Gibson and Chris Givens have been #2 and #3 in snaps lately, but neither player is considered a slot receiver. Austin Pettis or Steve Smith may fill Amendola's role in the offense.

Lions WR Titus Young (knee) did not practice Wednesday. Young had the bye week to let his knee heal, so his absence from practice is a concern.

Eagles WR Jason Avant (wrist) practiced fully Wednesday.

Chiefs WR Jonathan Baldwin (hamstring) took limited practice reps Wednesday.

Browns WRs Travis Benjamin (hamstring), Mohamed Massaquoi (hamstring) and Jordan Norwood (foot) did not practice Wednesday. All three look like they may miss Week 6, which means Josh Gordon will continue to see plenty of snaps.

Falcons WR Kevin Cone (knee) took limited practice reps Wednesday.

Eagles WR Riley Cooper (collarbone) practiced fully Wednesday.

Falcons WR D.J. Davis (knee) took limited practice reps Wednesday.

Jets WR Edmond Gates (shoulder) did not practice Wednesday.

Texans WR Lestar Jean (knee) took limited practice reps Wednesday.

Chiefs WR Devon Wylie (hamstring) did not practice Wednesday.

Packers TE Jermichael Finley (shoulder) did not practice Wednesday. Finley says he had a slight dislocation in his shoulder, but is hopeful that he can play against the Texans. D.J. Williams figures to lead the Packers' TEs in targets if Finley can't play, though Tom Crabtree will also be in the mix.

Giants TE Martellus Bennett (knee) did not practice Wednesday. Bennett said he "messed some s**t up" in his knee against the Browns, but hopes to play through it against the 49ers in Week 6.

Lions TE Brandon Pettigrew (knee) took limited practice reps Wednesday. Pettigrew should be fine for Week 6.

Jets TE Jeff Cumberland (ribs) practiced fully Wednesday. It sounds like he's going to be fine for Week 6.

Jets TE Dustin Keller (hamstring) took limited practice reps Wednesday. Keller didn't practice at all last week, so this is an upgrade. He may be a sneaky start if he can play due to the sad state of the Jets receiving corps.

Falcons TE Michael Palmer (shoulder) did not practice Wednesday.

Browns TE Alexander Smith (head) took limited practice reps Wednesday.

Texans K Shayne Graham (right calf) practiced fully Wednesday.
