Patriots QB Tom Brady (right shoulder) took limited practice reps Wednesday. This is nothing to worry about.

Titans QB Jake Locker (left shoulder) did not practice Wednesday. Locker has been ruled out for Week 5.

Vikings QB Christian Ponder (knee) took limited practice reps Wednesday. He didn't play well after being limited last week with a neck issue. He has a great matchup with the Titans in Week 5.

Dolphins RB Reggie Bush (hip) took limited practice reps Wednesday. Bush said he was experiencing pain in his knee against the Cardinals, but was able to play through it. He says his feels much better this week.

Bears RB Matt Forte (ankle) took limited practice reps Wednesday. HC Lovie Smith said that Forte only had “normal soreness” in his ankle so he should be okay to play against the Jaguars in Week 5, despite the short week.

Eagles RB LeSean McCoy (knee) practiced fully Wednesday.

Steelers RB Rashard Mendenhall (knee) practiced fully Wednesday. Mendenhall believes that he will play against the Eagles in Week 5.

Patriots RB Brandon Bolden (knee) took limited practice reps Wednesday. Bolden was terrific in Week 4, but likely won't see that type of workload against the Broncos in Week 5. He is the best handcuff for Stevan Ridley at this point in the season.

Redskins RB Evan Royster (knee) took limited practice reps Wednesday. This looks like a day of rest for Royster.

Chiefs RB Peyton Hillis (ankle) did not practice Wednesday. It appears Hillis is a long shot to make it back for Week 5. Shaun Draughn will continue to serve as the primary backup to Jamaal Charles.

Bengals RB Bernard Scott (ankle) took limited practice reps Wednesday. Scott looks like he's ready to return for Week 5.

Patriots RB Shane Vereen (foot) took limited practice reps Wednesday.

Colts RB Mewelde Moore (ankle) did not practice Wednesday.

Falcons RB Lousaka Polite (hamstring) did not practice Wednesday.

Falcons RB Antone Smith (hamstring) took limited practice reps Wednesday.

Giants WRs Hakeem Nicks (foot, knee) and Ramses Barden (concussion) did not practice Wednesday. HC Tom Coughlin is not sure if Nicks will practice tomorrow, either. Given the opponent, it's possible that the Giants elect to let Nicks rest another week instead of rushing him back for a game that is winnable without him. If both Nicks and Barden are out, Domenik Hixon will be a great start against the Browns, who are still missing Joe Haden.

Packers WR Greg Jennings (groin) did not practice Wednesday. It appears that Jennings may sit out Week 5. James Jones and Randall Cobb would pick up most of the extra snaps.

Titans WR Kenny Britt (ankle) did not practice Wednesday. Britt is still not there. We will monitor his progress, but we like to see him put in a full practice or two before recommending him as a high-upside start.

Redskins WR Pierre Garcon (foot) practiced fully Wednesday. Garcon's status seems to be trending upward and he should be good to go for Week 5.

Falcons WR Julio Jones (hand) practiced fully Wednesday. OC Dirk Koetter said that the hand was an issue in Week 4, but Jones apparently looked good catching the ball in practice. It would be very difficult to bench him against the Redskins.

Ravens WR Torrey Smith (ankle) practiced fully Wednesday. Smith limped off late in the game on Thursday night, but had a few extra days to heal up before practicing fully on Wednesday. He should be fine for Week 5. Keep in mind that Chiefs CB Brandon Flowers missed Wednesday's practice with a heel injury, so it would be a big boost for Smith if Flowers can't play.

Saints WR Lance Moore (hamstring) did not practice Wednesday. Moore is probably just getting a day of rest. We will monitor his progress throughout the week.

Bills WR Donald Jones (head) practiced fully Wednesday. Jones is on track to play in Week 5. He is getting a lot of playing time as the Bills' WR2.

Chiefs WR Jonathan Baldwin (hamstring) did not practice Wednesday. This is a new injury for Baldwin who has seen his playing time increase lately. We will monitor his progress this week.

Redskins WR Brandon Banks (hip) took limited practice reps Wednesday.

Browns WR Travis Benjamin (hamstring) did not practice Wednesday.

Bears WR Earl Bennett (hand) took limited practice reps Wednesday.

Eagles WR Riley Cooper (collarbone) practiced fully Wednesday.

Browns WR Josh Cribbs (head) took limited practice reps Wednesday.

Patriots WR Julian Edelman (hand) did not practice Wednesday.

Vikings WR Michael Jenkins (rib) did not practice Wednesday.

Eagles WR Damaris Johnson (foot) practiced fully Wednesday.

Bills WR Ruvell Martin (ankle) took limited practice reps Wednesday.

Browns WR Mohamed Massaquoi (hamstring) did not practice Wednesday.

Dolphins WR Marlon Moore (hamstring) practiced fully Wednesday.

Redskins WR Aldrick Robinson (head) took limited practice reps Wednesday. Robinson was injured in pregame warm-ups after a collision with a teammate.

Jaguars WR Laurent Robinson (concussion) did not practice Wednesday.

Broncos WR Matt Willis (hamstring) practiced fully Wednesday.

Chiefs WR Devon Wylie (hamstring) did not practice Wednesday.

Bills TE Scott Chandler (head) practiced fully Wednesday. It is good to see that Chandler did not suffer a concussion. Consider him good to go for Week 5.

Titans TE Jared Cook (shoulder) took limited practice reps Wednesday. Cook was limited last week as well, so expect him to play in Week 5.

Colts TE Coby Fleener (head) took limited practice reps Wednesday. We are not sure if Fleener suffered a concussion, but the fact that he's practicing indicates that he is on track to play in Week 5.

Patriots TE Rob Gronkowski (hip) did not practice Wednesday. Gronkowski is probably just getting a day of rest.

Patriots TE Aaron Hernandez (ankle) did not practice Wednesday. Hernandez was seen walking without a limp on Wednesday, but he still not practicing.

Patriots TE Michael Hoomanawanui (concussion) did not practice Wednesday.

Falcons TE Michael Palmer (shoulder) did not practice Wednesday.

Browns TE Alexander Smith (head) did not practice Wednesday.
