Steelers QB Ben Roethlisberger (right shoulder) did not practice Wednesday. Roethlisberger is looking doubtful for Week 11 with rib and shoulder injuries. Byron Leftwich should get the start, but is not a good fantasy option against the Ravens. Roethlisberger owners should have a solid backup plan for the foreseeable future as the injury has been referred to as "rare and dangerous." Ben is unsure when he will return.

Eagles QB Michael Vick (concussion) did not practice Wednesday. Vick's concussion has been termed "significant," but there is no guarantee Vick will get the job back once he is eventually cleared. Rookie Nick Foles steps in as the starter and has a nice matchup this week against the Redskins.

Jaguars QB Blaine Gabbert (left shoulder) practiced fully Wednesday. Gabbert should be fine for a bad matchup with the Texans.

Cardinals QB Kevin Kolb (ribs) did not practice Wednesday. John Skelton should continue to start for the Cardinals.

Chiefs QB Brady Quinn (head) practiced fully Wednesday. Quinn may get the start this week, but we'll need more clarity from the Chiefs this week.

Jets QB Mark Sanchez (back) practiced fully Wednesday. The Rams are a mediocre matchup for Sanchez.

Jets QB Tim Tebow (ribs) practiced fully Wednesday.

Browns QB Brandon Weeden (groin, thigh) practiced fully Wednesday. Weeden has a tough matchup with the Cowboys this week.

Texans QB T.J. Yates (right elbow) practiced fully Wednesday.

Ravens RB Ray Rice (toe) practiced fully Wednesday. Rice faces the Steelers this week who gave up 100 yards and a TD to Jamaal Charles in Week 10.

Browns RB Trent Richardson (chest, finger, rib) practiced fully Wednesday. Richardson faces the Cowboys who have been mediocre against RBs this season.

Saints RB Darren Sproles (hand) took limited practice reps Wednesday. Sproles should return to his role as the Saints' most valuable fantasy RB, though it's not clear how this will impact the snaps/touches of Pierre Thomas, Mark Ingram and Chris Ivory. Over the past two weeks, Thomas led the team with 50 snaps, but saw the fewest touches (14).

Raiders RB Mike Goodson (ankle) did not practice Wednesday. Darren McFadden was absent from the Raiders injury report, but was absent from practice and is still in a walking boot, per HC Dennis Allen. Marcel Reece is in line for a big workload against a very shaky Saints rush defense.

Jaguars RB Maurice Jones-Drew (foot) did not practice Wednesday. He has been ruled out for Week 11. Rashad Jennings has a bad matchup with the Texans this week.

Colts RB Donald Brown (knee) practiced fully Wednesday. Brown is on track to play again in Week 11. He'll form an ugly RBBC with Vick Ballard.

Steelers RB Rashard Mendenhall (achilles) practiced fully Wednesday. Mendenhall is expected to return this week, per The Pittsburgh Post-Gazette. He will likely return as starter, but Isaac Redman and Jonathan Dwyer will still be in the mix.

Cowboys RB DeMarco Murray (foot) did not practice Wednesday. Murray may not make his return in Week 11. Expect Felix Jones to get another start in a nice matchup against the Browns.

Falcons RB Michael Turner (groin) took limited practice reps Wednesday. Turner is probably just getting some rest after an unexpectedly bad outing against the Saints.

Packers RB John Kuhn (hamstring) took limited practice reps Wednesday. Kuhn will likely resume his role as the Packers' third-down back.

Jets RB Bilal Powell (concussion) did not practice Wednesday. Powell is unlikely to be cleared in time to play in Week 11. Joe McKnight (ankle) took limited practice reps Wednesday. It looks like McKnight will back up Shonn Greene in a pretty good matchup against the Rams.

Texans RB Ben Tate (hamstring) took limited practice reps Wednesday. It looks like Tate may return to his role as the primary backup to Arian Foster.

Eagles RB Chris Polk (toe) was ruled out for Week 11.

Cowboys RB Lawrence Vickers (knee) did not practice Wednesday.

Falcons WR Julio Jones (ankle) did not practice Wednesday. After missing a portion of Week 10 against the Saints, Jones was able to finish the game and be productive. We expect him to play in Week 11.

Packers WR Greg Jennings (groin, abdomen) was ruled out for Week 11. He's not expected to make his return until Week 12 at the earliest.

Lions WR Calvin Johnson (knee) did not practice Wednesday. Johnson continues to practice minimally, but he's very likely to play against the Packers.

Chiefs WR Dwayne Bowe (thigh) took limited practice reps Wednesday. Bowe finished the game on Monday night so he should be fine to play in Week 11.

Packers WR Jordy Nelson (hamstring, foot) took limited practice reps Wednesday. Nelson apparently looked good in practice and is on track to return in Week 11.

Eagles WR Jeremy Maclin (back) practiced fully Wednesday. Maclin finished Sunday's game against the Cowboys, so he should be able to play against the Redskins.

Redskins WR Pierre Garcon (foot) took limited practice reps Wednesday. Garcon may make his return in Week 11, but he's reportedly still in considerable pain.

Steelers WR Antonio Brown (ankle) did not practice Wednesday. Brown will probably miss Week 11, but has a chance to return to practice on Friday.

Patriots WR Brandon Lloyd (knee) took limited practice reps Wednesday. Nothing to worry about here.

Panthers WR Steve L Smith (not injury related) did not practice Wednesday. Smith was just getting a day of rest.

Ravens WR Torrey Smith (chest) took limited practice reps Wednesday. Smith is expected to play against the Steelers.

Patriots WR Wes Welker (ankle) did not practice Wednesday. This is typical for Welker. Nothing to see here.

Lions WR Titus Young (knee) took limited practice reps Wednesday. Young's health seems to be trending upward. He did not practice last Wednesday.

Raiders WR Darrius Heyward-Bey (hamstring) took limited practice reps Wednesday. He tweaked his hammy in practice, so if he doesn't practice tomorrow, it'll be time for concern. Rod Streater and Derek Hagan would fill in if DHB misses time. Streater played twice as many snaps as Hagan in Week 10.

Redskins WR Santana Moss (head) practiced fully Wednesday. Moss appears to be the best bet in the Redskins receiving corps, assuming Pierre Garcon can't return in Week 11.

Jets WR Jeremy Kerley (heel) practiced fully Wednesday. Kerley should be fine to play against the Rams.

Eagles WR Jason Avant (hamstring) was ruled out for Week 11. Riley Cooper and Damaris Johnson should see extra snaps with Avant out.

Chiefs WR Jonathan Baldwin (head, neck) did not practice Wednesday. He wasn't much of a fantasy option when healthy.

Jets WR Stephen Hill (illness) did not practice Wednesday. Hill should be fine for Week 11.

Texans WR Kevin Walter (groin) took limited practice reps Wednesday. Walter should be fine for Week 11.

Buccaneers WR Arrelious Benn (shoulder) practiced fully Wednesday.

Falcons WR Kevin Cone (groin) did not practice Wednesday.

Browns WR Josh Cribbs (wrist) practiced fully Wednesday.

Falcons WR Harry Douglas (ankle) took limited practice reps Wednesday.

Packers WR Donald Driver (thumb) took limited practice reps Wednesday.

Patriots WR Julian Edelman (hand) took limited practice reps Wednesday.

Panthers WR Armanti Edwards (groin) took limited practice reps Wednesday.

Jets WR Clyde Gates (shoulder) practiced fully Wednesday.

Eagles WR Mardy Gilyard (hamstring) did not practice Wednesday.

Texans WR Lestar Jean (knee) practiced fully Wednesday.

Ravens WR Jacoby Jones (ankle) took limited practice reps Wednesday.

Bengals WR Marvin Jones (knee) did not practice Wednesday.

Browns WR Mohamed Massaquoi (hamstring) practiced fully Wednesday.

Rams WR Austin Pettis (toe) took limited practice reps Wednesday.

Saints WR Courtney Roby (shoulder) took limited practice reps Wednesday.

Patriots TE Aaron Hernandez (ankle) took limited practice reps Wednesday. Hernandez was limited all last week and ultimately sat out Week 10. We'll continue to track his progress this week.

Texans TE Owen Daniels (back) took limited practice reps Wednesday. Daniels should be good to go for Week 11.

Patriots TE Rob Gronkowski (hip) took limited practice reps Wednesday. This is typical for Gronkowski, who is likely to play in Week 11.

Falcons TE Tony Gonzalez (shoulder) took limited practice reps Wednesday. Gonzo is probably just getting some rest after his big performance in Week 10.

Colts TE Coby Fleener (shoulder) did not practice Wednesday. Dwayne Allen will be a sneaky start against the Patriots, who have struggled against opposing TEs this season.

Jets TE Jeff Cumberland (wrist) practiced fully Wednesday.

Raiders TE Richard Gordon (hamstring) took limited practice reps Wednesday.

Cardinals TE Todd Heap (knee) took limited practice reps Wednesday.

Cardinals TE Jeff King (knee) took limited practice reps Wednesday.

Chiefs TE Steve Maneri (ankle) took limited practice reps Wednesday.

Chiefs TE Jake O'Connell (ankle) did not practice Wednesday.
