Steelers QB Ben Roethlisberger (right shoulder) missed practice again Thursday. Roethlisberger has been ruled out for Week 11 with rib and shoulder injuries. Byron Leftwich should get the start, but is not a good fantasy option against the Ravens. Roethlisberger owners should have a solid backup plan for the foreseeable future as the injury has been referred to as "rare and dangerous." Ben is unsure when he will return.

Bears QB Jay Cutler (concussion) missed practice Thursday. Cutler is very iffy for Week 11. Jason Campbell is not a good option against a tough 49ers defense.

Eagles QB Michael Vick (concussion) missed practice again Thursday. Vick's concussion has been termed "significant," but there is no guarantee Vick will get the job back once he is eventually cleared. Rookie Nick Foles steps in as the starter and has a nice matchup this week against the Redskins.

Jaguars QB Blaine Gabbert (left shoulder) took full practice reps again Thursday. Gabbert should be fine for a bad matchup with the Texans.

Cardinals QB Kevin Kolb (ribs) missed practice again Thursday. John Skelton figures to get another start and is a decent desperation option against the Falcons, who figure to jump out to a lead on the Cards.

Browns QB Brandon Weeden (groin, thigh) took full practice reps again Thursday. Weeden will be fine for a bad matchup with the Cowboys.

Chiefs QB Brady Quinn (head) took full practice reps again Thursday. Despite Quinn's return, it appears that Matt Cassel will get another start. He's not a fantasy option, but he's better for Dwayne Bowe than Quinn is.

Jets QB Mark Sanchez (back) took full practice reps again Thursday. Sanchez has a so-so matchup with the Rams.

Jets QB Tim Tebow (ribs) took full practice reps again Thursday.

Texans QB T.J. Yates (right elbow) took full practice reps again Thursday.

Chargers RB Ryan Mathews (neck) missed practice again Thursday. Mathews finished the game, so he should be fine for Week 11, but it's obviously a concern that he isn't practicing. Look for Jackie Battle and Ronnie Brown to split the work out of the Charger backfield if Mathews can't play.

Saints RB Darren Sproles (hand) took full practice reps Thursday after being limited Wednesday. Barring a setback, Sproles should play against the Raiders in Week 11. Sproles should return to his role as the Saints' most valuable fantasy RB, though it's not clear how this will impact the snaps/touches of Pierre Thomas, Mark Ingram and Chris Ivory given Ivory's stellar play in the last two games. Thomas led the team with 50 snaps, but saw the fewest touches (14) in the last two games.

Raiders RBs Darren McFadden (ankle) and RB Mike Goodson (ankle) did not practice Wednesday. Marcel Reece has a terrific matchup with the Saints, who have been brutal against the run this season, though they did manage to shut down Michael Turner in Week 10. Reece (hamstring) practiced fully Wednesday.

Ravens RB Ray Rice (toe) took full practice reps again Thursday. Rice should be fine for a tough matchup with the Steelers. Keep in mind that Pittsburgh is no longer elite defensively, so Rice is still a must-start.

Browns RB Trent Richardson (chest, finger, rib) took full practice reps again Thursday. Richardson faces the Cowboys, who have been better against the pass than they have against the run.

Colts RB Donald Brown (knee) missed practice Thursday after full reps Wednesday. Brown sat out Thursday's practice two weeks ago (Week 9), but was still active against the Dolphins and barely played. He didn't practice at all last week and then saw 14 carries against Jacksonville on Thursday. This is a situation to avoid if possible, though if Brown is inactive Ballard would be a flex option against the Patriots in Week 11.

Steelers RB Rashard Mendenhall (achilles) took full practice reps again Thursday. Mendenhall is expected to return this week, per The Pittsburgh Post-Gazette. He will likely return as starter, but Isaac Redman and Jonathan Dwyer will still be in the mix.

Cowboys RB DeMarco Murray (foot) missed practice again Thursday. Murray may not make his return in Week 11, though he hasn't been ruled out. Expect Felix Jones to get another start in a nice matchup against the Browns.

Falcons RB Michael Turner (groin) took limited practice reps again Thursday. Turner struggled mightily in a great matchup against the Saints, and the injury certainly won't help against a much tougher Cardinals defense.

Packers RB John Kuhn (hamstring) took limited practice reps again Thursday. Kuhn is set to return to his role as the Packers' third-down back, which will put a dent in the upside of Alex Green.

Jets RB Joe McKnight (ankle) took limited practice reps again Thursday while Bilal Powell (concussion) missed practice again. McKnight looks like he has a better chance of backing up Shonn Greene.

Texans RB Ben Tate (hamstring) missed practice Thursday after taking limited reps Wednesday. Tate was sore after Wednesday's practice. It's not clear if he's going to make his return this week.

Eagles RB Chris Polk (toe) was ruled out for Week 11.

Cowboys RB Lawrence Vickers (knee) returned to limited practice reps Thursday after missing Wednesday practice.

Packers RB Johnny White (illness) was added to the injury report Thursday after missing practice.

Falcons WR Julio Jones (ankle) missed practice again Thursday. We're expecting a decision about Jones' availability later in the weekend, though he could be a game-time call. The Falcons play early on Sunday.

Patriots WR Wes Welker (ankle) missed practice again Thursday. Welker participated in the team's walkthrough, so he can be penciled in for Week 11. The Patriots play in the second round of games on Sunday.

Packers WR Jordy Nelson (hamstring, foot) took limited practice reps again Thursday. Nelson apparently looked good in practice and is on track to return in Week 11. The Lions present a pretty good matchup this week.

Panthers WR Steve L Smith (not injury related) returned to full practice reps Thursday after missing Wednesday. He has a nice matchup with the Bucs.

Ravens WR Torrey Smith (chest) took limited practice reps again Thursday. He should be fine to play in a bad matchup with the Steelers.

Chiefs WR Dwayne Bowe (thigh) took full practice reps Thursday after being limited Wednesday. Bowe should be good to go for a so-so matchup with the Bengals.

Steelers WR Antonio Brown (ankle) missed practice again Thursday. Brown will be evaluated on Friday, but seems doubtful for Week 11.

Redskins WR Pierre Garcon (foot) took limited practice reps again Thursday. OC Kyle Shanahan said that Garcon "doesn't have to be 100 percent to play," so the ailing wideout has a chance to play this week.

Raiders WR Darrius Heyward-Bey (hamstring) took limited practice reps Wednesday. DHB did not practice on Thursday. Rod Streater figures to see more work as the Raiders' WR2 if Heyward-Bey can't play, but Derek Hagan would also be in the mix.

Packers WR Greg Jennings (groin, abdomen) was ruled out for Week 11. He's looking to return in Week 12 or Week 13.

Lions WR Calvin Johnson (knee) returned to limited practice reps Thursday after missing Wednesday practice. Megatron seems to be improving. He didn't practice last Thursday.

Patriots WR Brandon Lloyd (knee) took limited practice reps again Thursday. Lloyd is not getting enough targets to be a solid fantasy option, but Deion Branch (hamstring) was added to the injury report Thursday after taking limited practice reps, which may give Lloyd a boost.

Eagles WR Jeremy Maclin (back) took full practice reps again Thursday. Maclin should be a solid start against a very shaky Redskins pass defense.

Lions WR Titus Young (knee) took limited practice reps again Thursday. He should be fine for a good matchup with the Packers.

Jets WR Jeremy Kerley (heel) took full practice reps again Thursday. No worries here.

Eagles WR Jason Avant (hamstring) was ruled out for Week 11. Riley Cooper and Damaris Johnson should see extra snaps with Avant out.

Chiefs WR Jonathan Baldwin (head, neck) missed practice again Thursday. He wasn't much of a fantasy option when healthy.

Bears WR Alshon Jeffery (hand) took limited practice reps Thursday. It looks like Jeffery is working his way back, though he is not startable against the 49ers.

Redskins WR Santana Moss (head) took full practice reps again Thursday. Depending on the status of Pierre Garcon, Moss may be the best bet of the Redskins' WR corps.

Texans WR Kevin Walter (groin) took full practice reps Thursday after being limited Wednesday. Walter should be fine for a so-so matchup with the Jaguars on Sunday.

Buccaneers WR Arrelious Benn (shoulder) took full practice reps again Thursday.

Falcons WR Kevin Cone (groin) missed practice again Thursday.

Browns WR Josh Cooper (illness) was added to the injury report Thursday after taking full practice reps.

Browns WR Josh Cribbs (wrist) took full practice reps again Thursday.

Falcons WR Harry Douglas (ankle) took full practice reps Thursday after being limited Wednesday.

Packers WR Donald Driver (thumb) took limited practice reps again Thursday.

Patriots WR Julian Edelman (hand) took limited practice reps again Thursday.

Panthers WR Armanti Edwards (groin) missed practice Thursday after taking limited reps Wednesday.

Jets WR Clyde Gates (shoulder) took full practice reps again Thursday.

Eagles WR Mardy Gilyard (hamstring) missed practice again Thursday.

Jets WR Stephen Hill (illness) missed practice again Thursday. Hill isn't a fantasy option this week.

Texans WR Lestar Jean (knee) took full practice reps again Thursday.

Ravens WR Jacoby Jones (ankle) took limited practice reps again Thursday.

Bengals WR Marvin Jones (knee) returned to limited practice reps Thursday after missing Wednesday practice.

Browns WR Mohamed Massaquoi (hamstring) took full practice reps again Thursday.

Rams WR Austin Pettis (toe) took limited practice reps Wednesday.

Saints WR Courtney Roby (shoulder) took full practice reps Thursday after being limited Wednesday.

Texans TE Owen Daniels (back) took limited practice reps again Thursday. HC Gary Kubiak said that Daniels is "heading towards playing."

Falcons TE Tony Gonzalez (shoulder) took full practice reps Thursday after being limited Wednesday. Gonzo is good to go for the Cardinals on Sunday.

Patriots TE Aaron Hernandez (ankle) took limited practice reps again Thursday. Hernandez is tentatively expected to play in Week 11.

Patriots TE Rob Gronkowski (hip) took limited practice reps again Thursday. Gronk figures to play and play well in Week 11.

Raiders TE Brandon Myers (shoulder, concussion) took limited practice reps Wednesday. Myers has been cleared to play against the Saints.

Colts TE Coby Fleener (shoulder) missed practice again Thursday. The Indy Star believes Fleener won't return until Week 13. Dwayne Allen will be a sneaky start against the Patriots, who have struggled to stop TEs this season.

Jets TE Jeff Cumberland (wrist) took full practice reps again Thursday.

Raiders TE Richard Gordon (hamstring) took limited practice reps Wednesday.

Cardinals TE Todd Heap (knee) took limited practice reps again Thursday.

Cardinals TE Jeff King (knee) took limited practice reps again Thursday.

Chiefs TE Steve Maneri (ankle) took limited practice reps again Thursday.

Chiefs TE Jake O'Connell (ankle) missed practice again Thursday.

Cowboys TE John Phillips (ankle) was added to the injury report Thursday after taking limited practice reps.

Packers TE D.J. Williams (hamstring) took full practice reps again Thursday.

Lions K Jason Hanson (left foot) took limited practice reps again Thursday.

Raiders K Sebastian Janikowski (left groin) took limited practice reps Wednesday.
