Patriots QB Tom Brady (right shoulder) was removed from the injury report Friday after taking limited practice reps Thursday. He's good to go.

Titans QB Jake Locker (left shoulder, out) missed practice all week and is out for Week 5.

Vikings QB Christian Ponder (knee, probable) took full practice reps on Friday after being limited earlier in the week and is probable for Week 5. The probable tag means that Ponder is virtually certain to play in Week 5. He has a great matchup against the Titans.

Jets QB Mark Sanchez (back) took full practice reps again Friday.

Dolphins QB Ryan Tannehill (right thumb, probable) took full practice reps Friday and is probable for Week 5. The injury is to his throwing hand. It appears he will play, but he may be affected.

Steelers RB Rashard Mendenhall (knee, probable) took full practice reps all week and is probable for Week 5. We are expecting a limited workload in his first game back.

Patriots RB Brandon Bolden (knee, questionable) took limited practice reps all week and is questionable for Week 5. He is expected to play, though his role may not be as large as it was last week against the Bills.

Texans RB Ben Tate (toe) missed practice again Friday. The Texans plan to see how Tate fares on Saturday before making a decision about his availability for Monday night's game.

Chiefs RB Peyton Hillis (ankle, out) missed practice all week and is out for Week 5. Shaun Draughn will serve as the primary backup to Jamaal Charles.

Redskins RB Evan Royster (knee, questionable) took limited practice reps all week and is questionable for Week 5. He was probable last week, so this is something of a downgrade. Alfred Morris figures to pick up snaps on passing downs if Royster can't play.

Even if he does play, he has not performed well throughout his career in the first games back from injury and/or suspension.

Redskins WR Pierre Garcon (foot, probable) took full practice reps all week and is probable for Week 5. He looks like he is good to go.

Packers WR Greg Jennings (groin, out) has been ruled out for Week 5. Look for James Jones and Randall Cobb to pick up the extra snaps with Jennings sidelined. Jones is the better start, but he is something of a boom or bust play. Jennings missed Week 2 and most of Week 4. Jones had two catches for -1 yards in Week 2 and five catches for 56 yards and two touchdowns in Week 4.

Saints WR Lance Moore (hamstring, out) missed practice all week and is out for Week 5. With Moore out, look for Devery Henderson and Joe Morgan to pick up extra targets against the Chargers.

Redskins WR Brandon Banks (hip, probable) took full practice reps on Friday after being limited earlier in the week and is probable for Week 5.

Browns WR Travis Benjamin (hamstring, doubtful) missed practice all week and is doubtful for Week 5. The doubtful tag means that Benjamin will almost certainly sit out Week 5. This opens the door for Josh Gordon. Mohamed Massaquoi (hamstring, doubtful) missed practice all week and is doubtful for Week 5.

Bears WR Earl Bennett (hand, questionable) took limited practice reps all week and is questionable for Week 5.

Jaguars WR Laurent Robinson (concussion, out) missed practice all week and is out for Week 5.

Broncos WR Matt Willis (hamstring, probable) took full practice reps all week and is probable for Week 5.

Chiefs WR Devon Wylie (hamstring, out) missed practice all week and is out for Week 5.

Patriots TE Rob Gronkowski (hip, questionable) took limited practice reps again Friday and is questionable for Week 5. Gronkowski is fully expected to play.

Patriots TE Aaron Hernandez (ankle, questionable) took limited practice reps again Friday and is questionable for Week 5. The feeling is that Hernandez is not ready to play this week. Considering the Patriots play in the second round of games, he shouldn't be counted on.

Bills TE Scott Chandler (head, probable) took full practice reps Friday and is probable for Week 5. Chandler made our Sneaky Starts feature for the second-straight week.

Titans TE Jared Cook (shoulder, probable) took full practice reps on Friday after being limited earlier in the week and is probable for Week 5. Cook is ready to play against the Vikings.
