Roy Helu running as Redskins' RB2

Roy Helu seems to have the edge in the competition for No. 2 back. The Redskins have used him in a variety of ways – standard run plays, option pitches, and as a receiver out of the backfield – to take advantage of his speed and catching ability.

Fantasy Impact: 

Don't forget that Helu registered 200 touches in 2011 gaining 1,019 total yards in the process. Alfred Morris was not much of a pass-catcher last season, so Helu could fill that role in 2013 if he can stay healthy.
