Rob Gronkowski to have surgery on Monday

WBZ-TV’s Dan Roche is reporting that Patriots tight end Rob Gronkowski will undergo surgery on his broken forearm on Monday, according to an NFL source.

Gronkowski re-fractured his left forearm in Sunday’s 41-28 playoff win over the Houston Texans, bracing himself on a catch out-of-bounds. The tight end sat on the sidelines in obvious pain following the play, and after being checked out by the Patriots medical staff retreated to the New England locker room for X-Rays.
