Donald Lee will get the work at TE with Jermaine Gresham out.

Jermaine Gresham worked out on the field before the game and was listed as probable on Friday, but the tight end was a late scratch because of a hamstring that he tweaked in practice last week.
The Bengals’ second-leading receiver was replaced by Donald Lee, who entered the game with only two catches this season but added two more in the first half.
Then in the third quarter, Lee came up with a key 26-yard reception on third down when Andy Dalton hit him with a bullet across the middle.

The Packers released TE Donald Lee.
Monday, November 29, 2010, 2:59pm
Donald Lee figured he was at the point in his career where he didn’t have to worry about his position on the depth chart.
That all changed this week for the Green Bay Packers’ veteran tight end.
He was a healthy inactive for Sunday’s game at Atlanta, something that caught him by surprise.
“I think either last Monday or Wednesday I heard that some guys are going to have to compete to be (active) for this game, but I didn’t think in a million years it would be me,” Lee said. “That’s just the way it is. Sometimes things work out different from what you hope for.”
Instead of using Lee, the Packers activated tight end Spencer Havner for the first time since they re-signed him on Nov. 12. Havner played on special teams before he dropped out of the game because of a pulled hamstring.
Havner said he wasn’t expecting to play much, if at all, on offense. Coach Mike McCarthy used rookie Andrew Quarless and first-year pro Tom Crabtree as the tight ends on offense. Quarless had three catches for 35 yards, but Crabtree didn’t have a ball thrown his way.
Pack TE Donald Lee will play
Friday, October 15, 2010, 8:31pm
Tight end Donald Lee (chest) took part in the full practice Friday and will play, giving the Packers three tight ends in place of Jermichael Finley. (Tom Crabtree and Andrew Quarless are the other two)
Quite a recovery after reports initially said he'd be out a couple of weeks. He looks to be a good pickup to replace Finley, but has to be a little hindered this week.

The Packers had been hoping No. 2 tight end Donald Lee (chest) would be able to play against the Dolphins, who are coming off a bye week and are in virtual 100 percent health.
McCarthy did say that Lee, who practiced on a limited basis, was a “nice surprise” after suffering his injury against the Redskins. Lee, who scored the Packers’ only touchdown, was initially injured on his fumble on the second play of the game – the same play on which Finley was injured – but stayed in the game until after his touchdown catch.
“I’m optimistic (about Lee) based on what I saw on the (practice) field. He went out there and practiced, and that was a nice surprise,” McCarthy said. “That was one player that was going in the right direction. It was good to see that."
Packer's TE Lee back at practice

Aaron Rodgers back at practice Thursday. So was Donald Lee.
Lee was supposed to be out for a couple of weeks, but his return could be big for Finley owners who targeted Lee to step in their lineup. Andrew Quarless could still see more time.
ALERT: Jermichael Finley to miss 3 week
Monday, October 11, 2010, 5:25pm
Jermichael Finley has minor knee scope. Expected to be out three weeks.
Donald Lee is also hurt and could miss a few weeks. Andrew Quarless is next in line at tight end.

Someone is going to get fired after the Packers drafted Penn State TE Andrew Quarless in the fifth round, and it will likely come down to TE Donald Lee or TE Spencer Havner.
Lee presumably makes too much money ($2 million salary) to serve as the third-string tight end behind starter TE Jermichael Finley and Quarless, so unless he is clearly better than the rookie, his days in Green Bay are numbered. Havner has his own issues after injuring himself in an offseason motorcycle accident.
Finley established himself as the starter last year so this is not really a surprised. Quarless is very talented but it didn't always show at PSU, however, this looks like a money move.
