Seahawks WR Braylon Edwards was inactive on Sunday after his knee swelled unexpectedly, Ben Obomanu suffered a wrist injury in Detroit and Doug Baldwin is unlikely to be back for this week's game after suffering a high ankle sprain on Oct. 18. That's some serious uncertainty at wide receiver, which means the Seahawks might be making changes to the 53-man roster.
Obomanu and fullback Michael Robinson each saw a specialist after suffering wrist injuries in Sunday's game, and Carroll did not have an update on either.

Seattle WR Golden Tate is hoping to turn last season’s audition into a full-time starting position.
With Seattle releasing veteran Mike X. Williams before training camp, the starting split end job opposite Sidney Rice is up for grabs, and right now Tate is the leader in a crowded clubhouse that includes Ben Obomanu, Deon Butler, Ricardo Lockette and Kris Durham.

Seahawks WR Doug Baldwin (ankle, questionable) missed practice again Friday and is questionable for Week 16. It's not looking good for Baldwin. Bump Golden Tate up a bit along with Ben Obomanu, but none of the Seattle WRs are good plays this week against a good 49ers defense.
WR Sidney Rice will go on IR, ending his season, Pete Carroll said. #seahawks
This is a tough break for Rice owners, though he hasn't exactly been lighting it up this season. Look for Ben Obomanu to take his spot in the starting lineup, but Doug Baldwin should be the main beneficiary with Rice out. He caught 13 passes for 220 yards and a TD with Rice out against the Falcons and Giants before laying a goose egg against the Browns. He has also posted 50+ receiving yards in four of his past five games.

Seahawks WR Mike X Williams (hamstring, probable) took full practice reps on Friday after being limited earlier in the week and is probable for Week 9. Williams is a non-factor though he may eat into Ben Obomanu's snaps and targets.

Seahawks wide receiver Mike Williams caught 10 passes for 123 yards in the October game and his size and toughness are ideal against Chicago’s Cover 2 defense. Williams and Ben Obomanu are precision route runners and Hasselbeck is going to need time to connect with them and also tight end John Carlson and Brandon Stokely, who came up big against the Saints. Carlson had two touchdowns.

Seahawks QB Matt Hasselbeck, who tossed four interceptions last week, will have his two starting receivers, (Mike Williams and Ben Obomanu) back in the lineup after a one-week absence. Hasselbeck is 3-1 against the Falcons lifetime. If there is one knock on the mighty Falcons is that they give up too many yards on defense, but they are allowing only 18.7 points per game (seventh-best in the NFL). Hasselbeck better be careful, too, because Atlanta is a takeaway machine with 16 interceptions

Seahawks WRs Mike X Williams (ankle probable) & Ben Obomanu (hand probable) practiced fully Friday and are both expected to return to action this week. HC Pete Carroll said, "Mike and Ben made it through this week and we're looking forward to seeing those guys play. Ben will be all right and we'll make sure that Mike is OK on game day." We like Obomanu a bit more than Williams with the ankle. Both are risky fantasy plays but could have nice days. Brandon Stokley (hamstring Questionable) took full practice reps Friday and is Questionable.
