Broncos quarterback Peyton Manning, who was feeling ill before Sunday's game against the Chargers, left the field after a third-down run by C.J. Anderson late in the first half at Qualcomm Stadium.
The Broncos announced that Manning had a thigh injury, but he also was believed to be receiving IV fluids as well. Manning returned in the second half.
Manning walked off the field and up the tunnel and Brock Osweiler played at quarterback for the Broncos' final possession of the first half. Manning returned for the second half and should be OK for Week 16 but we'll continue to monitor.
