The move makes sense, given the Packers' situation at running back. Michael owners have reason to hold onto him to see how things shake out in Green Bay, but it appears that the team feels that James Starks is its best option to run the ball given the fact that they fed him 10 touches in his first game back. This is one of the best possible landing spots for Michael, who ran well early in the season (5.16 YPC in the first three games). Over the last six games he has averaged just 3.29 YPC.
