New England Patriots rookie wide receiver Aaron Dobson was ruled out of Sunday's game against the Houston Texans with a foot injury.
Details surrounding the injury, which kept him off the field during the second half of last week's game against the Denver Broncos, remained scant throughout the week. But according to a source, Dobson sprained his foot and the Patriots are being cautious with the injury.
Dobson's status for next week's game against Cleveland is undetermined as of now. After an uneven start to the season, Dobson came on in recent weeks and currently has 35 catches for 492 yards and four touchdowns. When he went down against the Broncos, Kenbrell Thompkins took over at receiver and will likely see increased snaps again this week.
