Lions receiver Calvin Johnson, who had missed the previous two games with a knee injury, caught two passes for 27 yards. He was the target of nine passes from Stafford.
"He's not 100 percent, but he was able to go out and be effective. He had a couple of chances to make plays downfield,'' Schwartz said. "He's not 100 percent but he's getting there.''
"I'm all right,'' Johnson said. "It's frustrating. There's nothing to say, we just didn't execute.
"It's been the same story all season.''
