Leon Washington remains a no-show at Jets' OTAs

Although there has been a thaw in talks between the Jets and the agent for unhappy RB Leon Washington, the fourth-year pro will be a no-show again Thursday at the Jets' organized team activities, according to a person with knowledge of the contract standoff. That person spoke on the condition of anonymity. The Jets are scheduled to take the field around 11 a.m. in a session that is open to the media. With veteran Thomas Jones also skipping the voluntary sessions, the Jets' running game will be handled by the likes of first-year free agent Danny Woodhead. Rookie Shonn Greene can't attend workouts until the semester at Iowa is over later this month.
