Giants RB Brandon Jacobs has had on-and-off knee issues this season, but he’s also been dealing with a toothache. Jacobs has an infected tooth and said during an interview with ESPN Radio 1050-AM Tuesday it was aggravated on Monday night when Redskins DT Albert Haynesworth hit him in the mouth during their on-field scrum. Jacobs went to the dentist Tuesday for a procedure to alleviate the issue that’s been nagging him for a few weeks. And if it sounds minor, consider Lions S Louis Delmas missed a game last month with a similar issue.
