Cowboys think Dez Bryant will improve

The Dallas Cowboys did not have a snap count for Dez Bryant in his return from right foot surgery, but playing 48 of 59 snaps in Sunday’s loss to the Seattle Seahawks seemed a little high.

Bryant only caught two passes for 12 yards, but the Cowboys were pleased with how their star receiver felt Monday.

“I think the encouraging sign for us was that he played as many snaps as he did, and afterwards, he seemed like he was good,” coach Jason Garrett said. “We anticipate him being able to practice on Wednesday and have a full week this week.”

Fantasy Impact:

Garrett said the coaches were monitoring Bryant closely and the receiver gave himself some rest on a few occasions, but it was not related to his foot, the story claims. Bryant has not had a full practice since Sept. 11. He went through three limited practices last week, taking team snaps in just two practices. Garrett said Bryant had some expected rust.
