Chiefs promote Brad Childress and Matt Nagy to co-offensive coordinators

Brad Childress and Matt Nagy were appointed co-offensive coordinators of the KC Chiefs, replacing Doug Pederson.

Childress served as Kansas City's "spread game analyst" for the last three years, but has 10 years of experience as an offensive coordinator or head coach at the NFL level. Meanwhile, Nagy has coached with Andy Reid for the last eight seasons, most recently as the Chiefs' quarterback coach for the last three seasons.
